I have not received confirmation of registration

We will send you the registration confirmation directly after the online registration. The
sender is:
Please add the e-mail address to your address book if the mail has landed in the Spam
folder. Alternatively you can log into your user account at and download the confirmation again.
If there is no email in the Spam folder write an email to the Customer Service with the
following information:
